Performance chip/module

Looking a getting a performance chip or module for my car anyone know of any decent ones to get that are competively priced and aint gunna muck ya car up.

To be honest i would stay clear, a remap would be best, but that is just my opinion, i have not heard many good things about tuning boxes.

Pretty much what i was thinking, i really would opt for a remap instead though.

a decent box is in the £££s i think. only bonus over a map is that you can move it to another car.

But a box isn't custom to the car?

i can say as i used to sell tuning units ,if you buy a good digital unit they are different for the 1.9 /2.0 ,an analogue unit will fit both but dont work so well on the 2.0,at the moment i would steer clear of ebay units as most are made in china and very crude
