Just put a deposit down on a grey 05 cupra R from a dealer for £14000 cash with 16k miles, do you think this is a good deal? I can't wait to pick it up on Thursday! :D

One thing that I am going to have to change on the car is the silver facia on the dash around the climate control and the cup holder - I think the previous ower changed it from the standard black, I have ordered the black part from seat only £21.00!

I have got to fit it myself and have been searching on the site for ages can anyone help with the fitting instructions?! :help:

cheers

that is cheap! parkers guide book price is loads more than 14k from a dealer! don't feel so happy now:cry:

tricky,

Based on £18,000 new price it seems ok.
But given that the LCR was widely available for £15,500 towards the end of its life it could be said to be over priced a bit.
But the LCR is holding its money well at the moment.

Depends how the new cupra is accepted when it comes out.

Given that a lot of Seat dealers are flogging 05 /55 LCRs for £16K + it seems a good deal. At the end of the day, if you're happy then that's what counts. There will always be someone who pays more, and someone else who pays less. Welcome to the gang!
