Pictures of lowered mk3's?

Could anyone post a pic up of their mk3 Ibiza lowered and tell me how much it has been by, because I am trying to see how much I should lower it to look good, be practicle and of course give me a boost in the handling region.

This is mine, not sure how much i lowered it by.
I just kept going till i liked the ride height.

Lowering them too much just causes damage.

At a guess i would say mine lowered 25 - 30mm
