Please help with relays

Hi I have a 2010 seat leon 1.6tdi cayc ecomotive and am having electrical problems. Would seriously appreciate if someone could tell me what relay does what under the steering wheel as have been searching for hours with no luck. Here Is a pic of the relay pannel

Are any of these relays stopping my dash lights coming on and engine starting then stopping?
