You should have no trouble getting the bumper to fit mate, i'm not sure if it'll be a straight fit, but im sure someone can help you out with that one. Any bumper can be made to fit any car though, its just a case of how much time and how much alterations are needed, your main difference that i've found is generally the width, with bumpers needing to be cut in have, with sections removed and then fibreglassed back together. Ah, that's a shame. The front wings of an Ibiza are quite a bit different from Polo - in fact, the front of an Ibiza has more in common with a Golf than a Polo. Naturally, you can modify to suit but it could well be a lot of work and you'll never get another one quite the same if the bumper gets damaged.
Are you going to be doing the alterations to the bumper yourself Cbcen or taking the car to a bodyshop, just if your going down the bodyshop route go see what they say, get a quote and decide if you think its worth it from there. At the end of the day if its going to be a one off you know your car will be different from all the others

Id be doing it myself, im quite competent with bodywork, its just it might be difficult to add a section in the middle as ive not got another bumper to cut part out of.
