Does anyone have perspex/polycarb windows in their leon? Looking for side window kit, cup car already has plastic rear windscreen, tried emailing Paul @ plastics 4 performance but to no avail, might have to give him a buzz unless someone on here can help.

Cheers mate, was on my mind to make some myself, need to go and get some prices on some sheets of 3+4mm polycarb i think. Had a few kits of Paul before, always good quality, just pretty expensive.

look forward to seeing the pics?

any idea how much weight you'll be saving glass to poly?

Rob, a lot of weight to be saved, mostly though due to the fact i can get rid of the excess metal and window regs in the doors. Prob only about 5kg from swapping out all the glass, probably less. More like 5-10kgs to come out of each door though, a nice 30kgs would be excellent in total.
