Poor Braking

My cupra's behaving pretty strangely-

the brakes are really lacking in feel and need a fair bit of pressure to stop it, but if i brake really hard (pulls slightly left but i think thats just road camber) it improves for a short while.

brake fluid was changed 6 months ish ago (feel wasn't great before) and i've had the sliders etc to bits to make sure theyre not sticking. any ideas?

probably a sticky piston

remove all the callipers, wind back the piston using the right tool & refit

Should fix it up nicely
