My Leon FR TDI went in for it's first service four weeks ago. Whilst it was with the dealership it was scratched on the passenger side front and rear doors, the service manager came out, looked at the car and accepted responsibility.
Four weeks later he won't return any of my calls despite his colleagues promising he will.
The sales side of the dealership were very good to me but the service side just blatantly ignore me! No point in contacting Seat customer service as they will just say it's between me and the dealer!
