possible secondary water pump issues

hey, i understand about the 2ndary water pump and what its purpuse is and iv know what "that noise" is since i got it, but recently it hasnt been making that noise its been making what i can only describe as a DJ mixing on his decks,

any info,
location,
common faults,
fixes?

is your coolant full? does it sound like its only seeing coolant now and again?

coolant level is perfect, corrent vag fluids too, is it possible for the pump to be clogged?

Is it right at the top: near the passenger head light?

Think so as i can see a water line from cambelt cover from the turbo, leadiing to there

easy access, PAIN IN THE ASS to remove...

mine is dead, but cant get the bolts free to change it, so gotta be done whrn the bodyshop remove the bumper...

can someone show me a picture of their loom as someone has cut mine so i have the pump, but no wires runnign to it...

the wires, brown and red, i think, run from behind your wiper resovoir along side the bonnet catch cable, and i have a two pin plug on the end,

2 pin plug is still on the pump, the wires are cable tied by the resovoir

new pump is £90 form seat btw.

i got one off a vauxhall omega...

they are exactly the same part number..
some bmws have them too..

cost me 10 pounds in v good nick
