pot hole / suspension? *** JUST HAD A GOOD LOOK UNDER THE CAR ***

Just before Christmas many pot holes started appearing where i live with the bad weather.. now im noticing like a squeaky / creaky suspension .. not sure wether its coming from the back or the front of the car. squeaks a bit when its just me in the car but more noticeably when there's 2 or more.. any ideas on what this maybe?

just had a good look under the car checking the shocks and rubbers... got to the last two right hidden under the rear bumper and one is nearly completely split but the other is fine. could this be a good possibility that this is the high squeaking im getting.. doesn't do it on smooth road only on noticeable bumps??? its driving me mad!!!
