Apologies if this in the manual or been posted before but I’m really confused about what this means. I had a light on my dashboard that looked like a triangle with exclamation mark in the middle. The picture appears to the show problem which I don’t understand as there is literally nothing using power asides from the headlights and the stereo. Even when i turn the stereo off it still shows.

The warning icon on the dash should be accompanied by a message in the information window above it, usually just as you start the car.

That message should give you more information as to the fault, which is likely to be electrical in nature if the stop start is disabled.

Oh I did see an eco tip early today about not running the engine whilst stationary, don’t think this was related to the warning light though. Thanks for the tip I’ll take a look tomorrow what message it gives as I must have missed it

"Power consumption is high" message is simply telling you that Stop Start isn't available.

The battery isn't sufficiently charged to allow the engine to switch off, if you keep on driving the battery should charge and Stop/Start will become available again. So it's operating as intended.
If you get this condition permanently then your battery or charging system is likely at fault.

ps. You can get rid of the annoying Eco driving Tips in the settings menu. > Eco tips > uncheck the box.
