Hey guys can anyone tell me how much power I can expect to gain from a milltek down pipe and sport cat? I already have the cat back system, a stage 1 remap, s3 DV and a dynatwist. And im running at 205.5hp.
Any actual figures would be awesom thanx.
Also what are the best tyres for the standard cupra wheels? Iv decided not to change the wheels because I like the "wolf in sheeps clothing" And scaring the **** out of TTs, scoobies and all the chavtastic corsas in my area. lol.

to get best from dp and cat, youll need stage 2 custom map.... youll then be looking at 230-235 bhp, the ko3s is on its limit around there

is the 250 a rolling road lottery though...

the ko3s is known to max at 240.

stage 2 map is needed to achieve these figures aswell

Awesome car TBH
Both cars did very very good times on Crail. the Ibiza before stripping out did 13.7 and 106 MPH and the Toledo did almost the same.
the Ibiza is stripped out now with major mods so will be quicker now.
RR very accurate and well proven

I got 10bhp from my Milltek turbo back system, now sitting at a very driveable 240bhp. You will drop torque with a straight 3 inch downpipe on a K03S, bigger is not always better. Its fine on a K04 or hybrid but too big for the K03S in my opinion.

I'm thinking of going for a CR Turbos K03S hybrid with mapping to suit, LCR MAF tube, bigger TIP, BAM injectors and a front mount cooler, hopefully that will be good for about 285bhp.
