power loss/surge

keep finding my car surging forward when mway driving,also when accelerating 3000rpm range power/boost seems to drop off and kick back in,no management lights coming on,any ideas what may be causing this?

Check the boost and breather pipes... mine used to do this ... was a split pipe under the inlet manifold.
