Power stays on inside car when turned off and key removed?

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has come across anything similar, AUQ cupra when turning off the ignition and removing the key, the instrument cluster stays on like the car is running, fuel level, coolant temp and rpm guage stays at idle speed when engine off and key removed.

Have attached photos of said problem and will stay on for an indefinite amount of time, max I timed it for is 45 minutes but can sometimes still be on the next morning

I will be cleaning all grounds in engine bay and plenum tonight to see if it makes difference, TIA

Also does anyone know if there is a engine ground strap and the location as I'm trying to figure out also why she cranks slow but starts every time

One of the earths is underneath the battery tray, which can cause weird symptoms if gunged up

Beautiful, was needing something like this, I imagine it's something to do with one of the earth's under the dash, as it had previously been stripped to track I think then owner before me put it all back together, think one of these will have been missed or is poorly earthed. Will update when get round to it, certainly not today's job haha
