Hi, I've been thinking about buying one of these strut mounts since mine are damaged and I think if I buy again with oem specs they will fail pretty quickly, this ones I have failed within a week. My car is lowered with coilovers.

Does anyone have feedback on them ?

1 week seems to be too short.
Are you sure you are assemblying it correctly?

Yes I am. Everything is correct. The thing is, in that week I did some agressive driving and it happened because of that, but it shouldn't happen so easily.

Went to the store to claim for warranty and they asked if I was using oem struts, I said I was using coilovers then they said the brand didn't cover in that case.

So I'm more inclined to buy the powerflex because they offer lifetime warranty.

Go for it. But this will not be the only thing to fail if you keep doing aggressive driving.
The suspension bushes and other things should be upgraded too.

PS: you could try to ask at ibizaclubpt seems to be a lot of people with lowered cars there, although like many foruns it is dying because of FB (which I dont have much simpaty for!!).

I am only afraid if it will be too stiff compared to oem, can't find a middle term product.

OEM is 50-55A
Powerflex is 80A.

durometer scale.
