Powerflex Wishbone Bushes....

Hi,

I need to replace my wishbone bushes before MOT (next month) so i got the powerflex bushes from AwesomeGTi, the front-front bushes are a doddle, however the front-rear bushes are confusing me slightly.

What i have recieved is exactly whats in the picture below (PFF85-204),
however i can't work out what i'm suppost to do with the Washers and Spacers, as the instructions are a bit brief (and also based on a mk3 golf i assume)
Can anyone help? i've had a good search but can't really find a great deal

Unfortunately I don't know what to do with the spare bits but I'd imagine all will become apparent when you go to remove the old ones surely? besides, it's normal to have bit's left over after you've fixed something isn't it?
