Problem with humming sound from airfilter

So I have a seat Leon 2019 1,5 tsi with the engine code (DADA)
I fitted a forge air intake and ever since I’ve heard a humming sound from it that’s pretty loud. It’s not there on cold start and comes after about 20km drive. It’s at idle I hear it and usually always comes when engines hot and I turn it off and start up again. Therefor I have changed the pcv vent out and was still there thought it was because I bought a cheap one so I changed again. After that it was not as loud but still pretty loud ( almost sounds like a horn that’s broken.
Hope anyone can help it’s very annoying

Double check if the filter housing is touching something, causing vibration. Cold start tends to have more vibration, that might explain the sound being there during cold starts
