Problem with SEAT dealership in EGYPT

Greetings from EGYPT
I have bought Leon mk3 2020 from EGYPT and I’m having a problem with my ac since day 1 and the authorized service center failed to fix it for 7 times now !

How can I reach the customer service in Spain because they are no longer responding to my emails as well ?
I really regret buying this car from such company
And actually most of Seat owners in EGYPT are complaining on the owners Facebook group about its service but in vain!
