Damn, now thats quite a bit overboosting there *g*

BIG ? for me without seeing the file....maybe boost sensor linearization is wrong?

In fact it looks like there comes no mechanical reaction from vnt mechanism, dc shows that it trys to reduce boost (94,4%, full open vanes) but seems like the vanes dont move....

What did boost gauge show?

4000mbar in log = 3bar ;-) not 4bar.

Thanks Alex the file has been checked and its def ok.
The boost gauge shows approx 1.5 to 2 bar

I'll clean the sensor and log again

If it was up to make those 3bar in real I guess the turbo wouldnt have survived *g*

Check your vnt mechanism for free and easy mevement and the actuator if its still ok!
