I will be doing my own interim changes, the car has got 60K on the clock and has only been done every 10,000 miles. I am thinking of doing a change every 5-6000 miles. I should think it will be more awkward to do an oil change than my old Ibiza 8v Cupra Sport.

you driving an ibiza or leon? I did a guide for an oil change on the leon in the guides section, cant imagine it would be much different if you have an ibiza. Might be of some use to you for reference.

good idea to do an oil change every 5-6k and wont do no harm, at least you have enough quantum oil for 5 changes. cheers

lol i have an 8v and a 20v turbo...and the turbo is a bitch! would love my own pit!
