Dear all,

I have now broken my third OEM exhaust at the bracket over the rear axle and am not buying another one as my car has only done 37K and is a 2003 cupra. I have it mapped by Jim at Star Performance to around 218BHP and was wondering what is the best and more importantly quietest cat back system in stainless steel that I can fit and forget about for a long time.

Star sell Jetex, Remus, Milltek and Supersprint any feelings on which is best? quietest and gives a bit more performance.

Thanks in advance

David

ive run the miltek for 5 years.
I would call it a tuned sound more than loud, and thats with the middle box removed. Bit noisier when you plant the throttle but not annoying.
If you get a sports cat and downpipe you should see 10bhp+

Was going to buy one from Jim at Star rather than a custom one as I also took the sprint booster off my car he had fitted and hopefully he will give me a bit of money back for it, towards the cost of the exhaust.

My feelings are also the Milltek as I too have read very good things about their resonated ones, they are supposed to be quiet. Not going for the cat etc. as well as thats getting into big money.
