R32 front ARB on LCR

Hi folks, well ive researched the crap out of this and have no real definitive answer!

does it fit and is it any good?

MK4 R32 front anti-roll Ball onto an LCR ???

It should fit according to what we know about the parts, although I don't know anyone who has tried it...

It's not much bigger / thicker than the OEM front ARB is it? (2~3mm from memory)

theres 2 types for the MK4 Ruddmeister the one I want is 23mm (yellow) AFAIK the LCR's is 18 or 19mm so a 4-5mm increase then was looking to put a 25mm nuespeed on the rear.

How much are the R32 ones compared to the nuespeed ones?

it'll fit the cupra/golf/octavia vrs. can't be 100% on the cupra R.
and its not 23 mm all the way either is it?doesn't the R32 one taper like all other VAG EOM ones?

Cupra and golf are surely different as they attatch to links dropped off the wishbones?? dont know about all VAG ones tappering my Corrado VR6 ones dont but worth checking out with an R32 forum.

I have the R32 23mm bar on my octy vrs.

It will fit the cupra r as it has the same front set up as s3,octy vrs and r32.

The mine difference between the above set up and standard golf,cupra etc is the arb links,which have a different mounting point(mount from arb to front suspension) and are a little longer.

It does feel more solid on turn in,but i would only fit one if you have rear arb fitted or are planning to fit one as it will understeer more.

i thought the gti was the same front end as cupra

It is, the GTi, Cupra and FWD TT have the same front end.

The LCR, TT225, R32 and vRS all have the same front.

As I understood it.

One of the reasons the vRS handles "better" than the GTi...

As far as i remember it doesn't taper apart form at the ends were they are fattened.

I got powerflex bushes fitted on the bar as well as you will need bushes to go with the bar.You may need the newer style clamps?
Newer style have a ridge running along them,but you may be ok if your car is after 2002.
