Why dont you fit the S3 one. Plug&Playand its quite cheap.

im getting a 25mm rear and 23mm front, not keen on really beefy ones just personnel preference I suppose.

Actually, the difference between 25mm and 28mm (we are talking rear?) is quite noticeable, even on the road.
28mm being too stiff IMHO, 25mm being just right. But Ruddmeister and I have agreed to disagree for about 4 (?) years on this, that he WRONGLY says 25mm isn't stiff enough.
Everyone's entitled to their own, albeit incorrect, opinion.

Have you though about those new ones JBS are doing - they look quite good, although with them being hollow they might be stiffer than a solid bar (if my memory of torsional stiffness and bending moments is correct).

So would a bigger bar at the back create more or less understeer?
the one difference Phil is at least you (like me) have driven a variety of modified LCR's hence it's an informed opinion we have rather than guesswork.....
