Radio and Sat Nav not working (Checked all the fuses and they are ok)

Hi

My Sat Nav and Radio are not working (Seat Ibiza 6J 2014)
I have checked every single fuse and they seem fine.
My Radio unit I believe is a 6J 0035156 with a separate Garmin detachable Sat Nav?

Does anyone have any ideas what could be the problem?

(My 12 v socket is also not working but I am obviously more concerned about the Radio/Sat Nav)

Thank you, I shall check that out. Guess I need the removing keys for the radio now then...

It looks like you may be able to get away with a trim removal tool and a Torx screwdriver
