When we go our used XL Stylance, just as we were about to drive away from the dealer, I noticed the antenna tip was a bit scabby, maybe caught in a car wash. The salesman whipped one off another car, (not a Seat), and gave it to me.
When I tried unscrewing the damaged one it just kept turning after about 3/8" of thread was visible.
I now understand this is the way to get the thing horizontal and should be tightened up prior to going through a car wash.
I suspect there might be more to removing the thing and that the one I was given might not fit.
Can anybody advise?
