radio code?

bit of a long shot, but is anyone able to retrieve a radio code from a serial number?

had my battery disconnected earlier and didnt even think about the radio and unfortunatley dont have the code as the previous owner has cut out the card from my audio booklet!

plus dont fancy payin dealer prices lol

think its a dealer only job mate, im sure they have to unlock it via vagcom or something

Take it to the dealer, i took mine there and they did it for free. They spent about half hour on it aswell because they couldnt get it on the computer so they had to take the radio out.

ah, its all sorted now. found some mental geeky forum lol, posted my serial number and i had my code in minutes!!

have got some software for getting ccode numbers but not sure if it does the leon hu but am happy to try and get the code for you if you want to pm me the number off the radio
