There is a story on the mib3 radio logos and it's a bit unfortunate for Seat / Cupra in relation to the other Vag brands. The transmitted radio ID is used with the radio database file in the infotainment unit to bring up the logo. In mib2 you could import your own logo files easy enough to argument missing radio logo images. In mib3 the radio logo database file with connected services is received over the air and you can find the version code. Handy is you are swapping stories of missing icons on the board.
The icon file is maintained by a German Internet radio provider Phonostar. All good and dandy if they have the radio logo file up-to-date on the system so for it to work correctly:
A. Phonostar must have a logo and the correct one against the radio ID transmitted, if not you don't get to see the logo not specific to the station. A blank one.
B. The database in the infotainment unit must be up-to-date that's done over the air via connect services or via file import from Phonostars website... last one, a catch Phonostar don't support file import for Seat / Cupra. They only get updated officially if you maintain connect services.
There is a thread
I know it was impossible for MIB3 platform to update the logos, but I have seen on VW forums they started doing this officially again here. Have anyone tried downloading and installing them from https://www.phonostar.de/vw/de/download ? I've put in my part number and it recognized it and found...

I don't have mib3 myself. MartiniB is publishing the Phonostar files as they are updated. It's a question of taking the correct one and that visual check on whether SE as an ID is in there.
Connect services you don't have to do anything except moan at Seat / Cupra for not preparing the files correctly and completely. It's their contractor in maintaining the radio logo database, Phonostar is the issue and Vag not being on top of it. When you see gaps in logos that's why.
