Radio Removal

Could someone please point me in the direction of how to remove my standard radio in order to fit an Xcarlink.
i have searched but the links came up with IE can not display this page

plug it in
and then you have to eartch it i did it onto the side of the radio the smallest crimp lug was just big enough to squeeze over one of the screws with damaging either and then you just press cd and it works
