First check what kind of arb you have at the moment, as yours is a new cupra, seat may have revised it aswell. Just check out the retainers to see if they are plastic or metal.

If your confident with mechanics i'd say give it a go yourself. I doubt very much that it would affect your warranty as the part looks identical to the old one. Mabye if you kick up a fuss seat may change it under warranty?
