Rattling drivers door internals.

Can anyone give me any pointers in how to remove the drivers side, front door card/trim off?
I have got a rattling from inside the door that has just appeared. Electric window works ok, door locks/unlocks ok. Something seems to have worked itself loose/broken inside causing a rattle.

Excellent. Many thanks. Very useful. I have found a small, white, plastic clip inside the bottom of the door. Not sure where it has come from. I'll try and post a picture later.

Can anyone help with where this clip has come away from?

It is one of the door card spacers. (Goes between door card and door panel) There are about 8 or so all round the edge. Be sure to put it back the right way round or the door will rattle. (same way as the others)
