Haha! You serious? It's the council offices. Big building as you come into Newton.

Ok I will keep him in mind.

We've got our own holes in the wall establishments opposite the Police station. Not sure they do keys though.

Yes + plus getting the blade cut somewhere.
or you can order blade from ddkeyprogrammers from ebay. they offer cut blade for £7 with postage. all they need is photo of current blade.
I know it sounds doggy but couple of my customers ordered from them and are happy.
But blades they offer are not HUF ones.
