Don’t say what car you have but a custom map will give best results tailored to the engine.

What car is it?

A true custom map will be good, but a hell of a lot of these companies that offer "custom" maps dont do custom maps at all they simply download a file and flash it, so make sure the company is genuine and not one of these ebay flashers.

9 times out of 10 your better off with a tried and tested generic file from APR,REVO etc rather than a guy off eBay offering £150 "custom" maps.

Thanks for the advice guys, it's a mk1 lcr, amk, it has been mapped but not a good one, I have put a new turbo on and it's now running 21psi which I think is a bit high, so hoping a good map will settle that.

Any idea whos map is on it? if I was you for now I would get a cheap copy of MPPS and get a standard SEAT OEM map for it and put that on, save the turbo.

No idea, was on it when I got it, had it dynoed at 228bhp,up 18bhp from standard, with a boost leak, but with the new turbo I'm keeping close to my mate who has one with 260bhp,its just the psi I'm more bothered about.

21 Psi is fine on the K04. It will only be an initial spike anyway. You'll be lucky if your putting out any more than 13-15 psi at 4500-Redline.
