Yes mate they look nice! take it thats subtle tint. Have you got standard bulbs in the rest then or have you braved some leds off ebay?

Btw lee you've definitely swayed me towards tintin them, can't imagine liking them the way they are now after seeing what they look like tinted!
No fair! I wanted to do that in the first place untill I saw your full tint! Now you've swayed me away (on purpouse I think), were you thinkin the darker lamin-x as well? Gunsmoke or watever its called?

LED is the future
I have just got number plate lights, brake lights, side lights and indicator lights for mine. Indicators flash too fast so I have ordered a resistor kit to go with them. If they work out ok I will do the same for the front. Very impressed with the number plate lights, they are soooo much better!
when I put hazard warning lights on I was very impressed with the colour and brightness, they look much better thsn normal bulbs.
Will take pictures when all done

if the bit where the led`s are were red as well i think i would have a set of these but they remind me too much of lexus lights no offence though people
I saw Venom Motorsport do a few variants of the LED rear lights for the Mk1, a bit pricey though at £200+...

I have sent the brake light ones back as they caused my upper brake light to light up dim, also when i pressed the brake pedal, the front side lights came on!

No photos as yet sorry, but I have tried one in the car briefly before removing due to quick flashing. From what i saw it was very good, so am just awaiting the resistors. Looks tem times better than standard bulbs, very bright and orange. Will report back when the resistors are fitted......
