rear shocks

Just giving the misses golf a look over before mot and saw the top bump stops buggered can they be replaced or is it new shocks.

If its the bit that can slide on the shock then usually they are seperate, have a look on vagcat

yeh the bump stops are seperate from the shock, you will need to remove the top mounts to get the new one on, shouldnt take any longer than 30 minutes to replace them

Nev, I have got 2 spare bump stops - got the wrong ones for my LCR, so they might well fit the golf? I'm working in Ipswich near Asda if you wanted to pick them up and see if they fit?
