rear spacers on 19's, what size?

As the title suggests, got a lcr lowered 20mm approx, and want to fit rear spacers. Running 19's with 225, what size of spacer do you recommend, want the wheels out as wide as possible without any rubbing issues(obviously...)

need a pic really. if your wheels in the arches then measure from your outer rim lip to the inside of your arch then get that size spacer, or measure to the outside of the arch if your not that low.

Would it best to lower first THEN think about/measure for spacers?

Also how wide are your wheels?? I have 8" wide and 5mm (well really 15mm but my wheels are ET45) and that just fills the arches out nicely, any more and they would be bordering on outside.

What is logic behind just fitting rear spacers?

Why not widen front as well?

i widened both tracks

5mm spacers on the front
15mm spacers on the back

standard LCR alloys. lowered on kw v1 coilovers
