Righto then, my trusty pot of P21s is all but gone, but should i try a new wax?

On my black Leon Cupra i tried Megs Deep Crystal Carnauba Wax, this was OK but i knew a better shine could be had so i went for Natty Blue Paste Wax. OMG that gave such a deep wet shine i was extremely happy.

Then i sold my LC and ended up with a Silver Audi A3. For this i bought some P21s and i think the results are OK:

But is there a product that might give even better results?

As far as prepping the paint for waxing goes i think i'm pretty thorough:

The car has been clayed, scratch-x'd and polished this summer.

It is always washed with a wool mitt and the 2 bucket method and i only use pads and MF's.

There is very light swirling but it's honestly only noticeable under the neons of a multi-storey carpark. I guess that's cos it's silver? If they were black i assume you could spot them a mile off!

Any suggestions welcome :)

ive been using harly carnuba wax mate goes on like butter and gives a great lasting shell over the car, only 18ish for a tin but i havent tried it on silver...

I've used Zymol for the last couple of years with great results.

Fish

hmmm,

Zymol
Chemical Guys
Harlys

Sisson - I take it you are reffering to Natty's Blue as you have a dark car... Any idea if the 'normal' one is just as good?

The Natty's blue is best for darker colours, just try the normal Natty's.

I am another to recomend Chemical Guy's XXX hardcore, also worth trying their Butter Wet Wax, I use it on the wifes silver punto, it lasts, very well with a loverly "glow" type of finish rather than out and out shine.

Buy from here www.carwashnwax.com

ive got the normal natty's but like using megs spray wax not sure if the normall natt's is doing much on my red car! but am going to go for the xxx i think next but the ww one looks good

I always used to use megs nxt wax on my black focus. Used to give a fantastic wet look shine....is p21's better on black?

I've used
Megs Techwax - cheap and cheerful, ok,
Waxwizard Onyx (now Swissol) fab finish, but should be for the price..
Harly Wax - recently come across this on ebay and well impressed for the $$. It goes on easily and the finish lasts well, making the car very easy to wash off subsequently. Only tried it on silver so far, but i've got a graphite grey to try it on next..
