hi, just wondering what ppl thought as I recently saw a ref sport with kit in silver and thought ...nice, didnt really like the interior though and prefered the 18 inch wheel option on fr to the sport BBS wheels.
So was wondering about the pros and cons of both versions,------

Would lose out on power with the sport [ chip ????] and no climate [ never had climate is it worth it] or cruise control and not sure about the seat colour [ are they the same seats as the fr ? ] and is the cd the same ???
I know the simple solution would be to buy the FR with the body kit but funds are a bit low and at 42 should I really be buying cars with kits on

Just a few issues/questions for anyone who is bored [like me :) ] and would like to give their opinion .
regards

Ps will understand if your too bored to reply :) got to get me a life one day

Personally i can't think of a better age to be buying cars with kits on ... just because you're 40+ doesn't mean you have to sell your style soul to satan and at least the insurance will be reasonable whichever you go for :)

I'm having the same thoughts regarding which car. For the price difference, I would go for the FR as you'll probably get a better price for it when you come to selling it.

I've yet to see them in the flesh though. I do like the aero kit!!

It is all down to personal taste. Once upon a time I would have wanted the full bodykit job but now my tastes have changed and I have a Crono Yellow FR170 which is standard.
I had a yellow Cupra Leon then a TDi FR 150 with the Cupra kit before this and while I loved the way they looked style wise I must say that I like the new FR better.

The bodykit looks OK but not for me anymore. Plus I would miss the power of the 170 engine.
