Refurbed/Sprayed My Alloys

At the weekend i set about having ago at refurbing my tired looking alloys myself, body shops wanted £120-£150 to do them, how ever i thought i'd have a go myself first (you never know unless you try) anyway cost me £40 all together for sand paper, filler, 4 cans off primer & 4 cans off satin black paint. Some people may notice i mentioned no laquer thats because i dont want a shiny finish or did i want a dull finish hence i settled for satin. Im quite please with how they have turned out considering this is my first time ever attempting to refurb Alloys. Next up is painting the Calipers & Drums Yellow & getting some Yellow wheel tape for the edges off the rims.

Got a few foreign jobs do over the next coming weeks few people want there wheels doing by me now, think Il charge £80 to them, £40 for the bits £40 in my pocket

I would paint the drums black though, wouldn't want to draw any attention to them!

But it's up to you it's your car!

Wouldn't advertise the fact you're offering wheel refurb services, quite a few people have been banned for a similar thing (selling things) because its not allowed on here!

What did you spray them with? Cans? Im doing my D90s the now. Giving it a try if they dont turno out how i want them then al send them to get refubed at my mates garage

My drums & callers are already painted black

Sprayed them with rattle cans
