Just wanted to know if anyone has attempted this or even taken them some where to be done, the laquer on mine is coming of and they look pants so need to get it sorted.

Would love to know about this too. My LCR Brembos are ok, but will no doubt get worse. I'd love to have them re-painted in a different colour... perhaps yellow with a blue Brembo logo :D

try this...

jack up the car, remove the wheel, jet wash the caliper until it's free of debris, wait till it dries, remove all flakes/loose lacquer, mask the caliper with cardboard, spray entire caliper with new lacquer (repeat for several coats) and then do the other side.

Now your probably thinking it'll be a bodge or whatever but give it a go and see what you think I seriously could not tell where the lacquer had peeled in small patches before.

IMO it's worth a go as it won't take long, worst case it's only a bit of extra lacquer to strip when you get them resprayed etc.

I know it probably sounds terribly chav-like... but I like being able to see the callipers. I think Brembo is something to show off. So whilst they do look seriously good, I'd want something bolder.

lol, No, not bright pink

As I said before, I quite like the idea of yellow callipers with a blue logo. Think it would look good against the Ovni paint.

Pea Green.... hmmmm.... not for me, shall we say!

In fact, there just seems something inherently wrong about pea green Brembos!
