I can understand why a remap would help (Stage 1). However, why would a new DV and air filter make such a difference? Should these be purchased and fitted prior to the remap for best results? (I presume any good dealer offering remaps would fit them at the same time if desired....)

Good to hear that there is a clear difference. Mmm, tempting, tempting...

Hi,

Trust me i waited until i got the dog bone mount, SplitR DV, Dynatwist induction, Forge TIP, supersprint exhaust and the Milltek CAT before i got it remapped and i wish i had gone for the remap earlier! The Custom code map i have is great and i have had no issues what so ever with boosting and getting the power down. Do IT and i promise you a big fat smile on your face..:D

Just round the corner.
There's 2 that are used by people here..

007p and Split-R...

The Split-R one is the one that I think you have to do backwards... and causes re-circ problems.

The 007p seems to be the weapon of choice, and is very easily fitted.

But I may be wrong.

Had a SPLT R on mine for 6 months, and never had an issue.

Just factor the extra fuel she'll drink, mine drinks like it's going out of fashion (even when driven like 70 year old).

I second that..

Ive had mine for nearly 2 years now and i have never had no issues with the Split R.
I have the relocation kit as well so its plenty loud from outside the car too! ;)
