Most of the cars mentioned though are stock, anything above stock and you would be struggling.

the prob is they have as much access to remaps as we do and if the vxr can see 280 there is no chance for the ibiza as i found out

I was goin to say my mate has got a vxr and at the mo i can just about beat it but he is getting turbo back system and a full custom map what should see 280-300bhp put on it soon so i dont think i will stand a chance maybe full stage 2 might stay with it

It is good to hear Ibiza Diesels are such beasts. i no my mk4 Cupra tdi in standard form is awsome and can give alot a run for their money. i can stay with my mate in his mk3 cupra running about 285bhp until about 5th gear then he just has the edge on me.

You do have to take into consideration that this tread is covering standard tdi's with 130bhp upto our hybrids with 240bhp.

I can just about stick with my mates ST and thats pushing 305bhp & 435lbft now, its the standing starts where we fall down.

Surely though stebbi, you can now start in 2nd gear?
