Removing bits for spraying

I'm sure these questions have been covered before but i've tried to search for them and didn't have any luck... maybe i'm not trying very hard, or maybe my spelling is shocking.

Anyway I have a Cupra (pre facelift). Regarding the front and rear bumpers, do they come apart? I mean does the lower unsprayed bit of the bumpers detatch from the top bit to make spraying them a bit easier?

Also, how the hell can i get the fascias from around the center console off? I've never owned a car that doesn't have screws on show so that you can see how it all fits together! Does it all just pop apart via use of a screwdriver?

Cheers :)
