Removing MAP From ECU

Hi,

whats the best way of removing a remap from a ECU and having it back to standard? Or unlocking a standard ECU to work on another car?

Have a tuner flash the original file back to the car, or remove the immo from the other ECU.

Would be easier to just code the new ECU to the car, just find somebody locally with the right kit
