Renewing rear brakes .

Hi folks only have the car about 2 weeks but the rear discs are looking a bit rough ..as if the pads are not clearing all the rust of the disc ...the pads only have about 4mm left on them and I wanna renew the brake dust shields also on both sides.
From the list below which disc pad combo would you folks recommend..I was leaning towards Bosch but I'm no expert ..also would any one have the part number of the brake dust shields so I can order them online and not pay the big dealer prices..thanks

There are a few codes for what you're asking, assuming it's #16 from my attached pic. Only with the VIN number we can know which is the one for your car

So if I upload my vin number you'll be able to tell ..have u any input about the disc/pad choice??
