Seat main dealer should have a master set of security bolt keys, so if you take your car into them, they should be able to match the key" number" to your security bolts, and order one in for you. Now, if delivery takes too long, ask first, either buy 4-off normal bolts or get them to order them so that they can swop with your security bolts until your new key arrives. After that, take note of its "number" - it will be marked on the end of the key.
Not much of a Seat dealer that then, muppets, if a Skoda dealer can order them in then a Seat dealer should have been able to. All these bits are VAG parts, even if Seat and probably have stopped using that particular make of security bolts/keys, they should all still be able to source a replacement.
