Good morning to you all.
I own a 2.0 TFSI Seat Leon Cupra R bought in 2010 with REVO stage 1 remapping plus a wire air intake filter. I also have the SPS device and I bought the Liquid2 device from racediagnostics, for monitoring purposes. Logging is not an option for the moment. I use high octane petrol (usually BP ultimate).
My initial settings were B7/T6/F8. I tried to see some exhaust temperature values on the Liquid2 with these settings, but the device is very unstable when it comes to monitoring of this parameter. I saw some 960-970deg C once or twice, but I am not sure if these are actual or estimated values (not sure whether the car has an exhaust temperature sensor at all...). On the other hand there is the option to monitor catalytic converter temperatures on graph, and this monitoring seems quite stable and shows some 800+ C values on high revs (still not sure if the LCR has a catalytic converter temperature sensor either). Anyway, the lambda value went down from around 1.00 to .94 at high revs (and this is to be trusted for sure, I suppose). So I got a little terrified and changed the fuel setting to F7. After that I only re-checked the lambda value and it went down to .92 at high revs. That indicates, I suppose, a fuel which is less lean at high revs than before, giving better margins of security for the engine. Just to mention, I got no timing corrections or fault codes with any of the above settings. WELL, QUESTIONS:
- Does anyone know if there are exhaust and/or catalytic converter temperature sensors in the new LCR?
- Are my lambda values at high revs what one should expect?
- For those who can perform data logging: how high are your exhaust and/or catalytic converter temperatures, and how low are your lambda values at high revs? Any hint about safe margins for the LCR?
- Should I stay at B7T6F7? Should I try something more aggressive now that the wheather gets colder?

Sorry for the length!

I got told from my REVO dealer that all STG1 should be on fuel 9. And that is what mine is on, i may check with vag com logs.

I use timing 5 tried T6 but produced more timing pull across the range. so backed it back off to 5

Mine was B9T6F9 (!) at the beginning, which I found a little excessive when I read some threads published here and there. I don't know if F9 is the default option and I'd love to have some exhaust temperature readings in order to stay within safety margins, but as I said I have no idea as to which (if any) sensors exist in the car and whether respective log values are actual or estimated. Anyway my only option for the moment is the Liquid2 device whose readings are rather unstable and may not be correct.

So, no one knows something about lambda values (low vs high revs) and about exhaust and/or catalytic converter temperature sensors?
