Looking at this, How bad actully is it? and what can be done to make it better?
Please bear in mind that actual and requsted are the wrong way round in this graph.
Also off topic slightly, After fitting my jetex open cone and im seeing 174 g/s and i was getting 172g/s with my modded box. Is there anything that can be done to improve this? Or is it just a case that the turbo cant shift anymore air?

Yeh its not to bad but i was hoping for abit more after fitting the open cone, alot of the other k03s boys are in the low to mid 180`s.
Heres a log of mine from a month or so ago Daz. As B3nny said the waste gate duty dropped a fair bit towards redline after cranking the actuator a bit.
B3nny MAF readings in the mid 170's is fine, ive only seen mid 180's in really cool weather conditions right near the rev limiter.

I managed to drop my wastegate duty from around 97% IIRC to around 80% had to crank it out a fair bit though. Im thinking of doing it again this weekend, would this help hold boost better?

I've tried it again, going to log act vs requested in a bit. My MAF struggles to pull mid 160's most of the time!
222 @ westec way back when. Martyn has his black Cupra R then, he ran it with same mods plus ATP mani and achieved 226.
Both of us saw a strange dip in the power curve on that occasion. Would of seen 230+ easily I would of thought. Got a graph somewhere i'll try find it.
