I had my LCR remapped by REVO last November and to be honest its never felt much quicker than stock. I have used TorqueAPP previously and never seen more than 11psi of boost (stable). And when logging g/s never seen more than 180g/s. I also now have a boost gauge installed which confirms the 11psi
So it would appear my car is still only making stock power.
I have had a boost leak done - no leaks
And in my ownership (3 years) I have changed
- MAF
- N75
- Lambda
- All 4 coilpacks
- DV (standard bosch)

Its been back to the revo dealer once already and they confirmed the map is on there, but I'm not sure I believe them. Time to take it back again for them to run some vagcom logs? Or am I missing something obvious?

Is really low for a LCR mate, I just have an LC and I'm getting 19 psi on full boost, see I went to AMD tuning tho always said I'd never go to Revo, even tho they a 30min away and AMD were 8 hours away in Essex lol
The map is prob on there mate, it's something to do with your car, see if Revo was as good as people make them out to be then they would have known this when they mapped ur car and should have told you about it then, there not a tuning company there a mapping company big difference, I've not had one problem with my car since having it done.

Also can I just ask that you have an LCR and it's not just and LC lol

Do the mk1 LCRs suffer from the battery disconnect issues where the Revo map reverts to stock settings (0-0-0)?

My car had a revo on it when I bought it, pulled a consistant 19psi , it's possible that the revo settings put onto your car were never pushed that hard..

I'm REVO Stage 1 & I get 21psi albeit with Forge FMIC, Badger5 TIP, Neuspeed Induction Kit & 3" CobraSport turbo back supporting mods but I'd say you should be seeing around 18-20psi.

It does sound like the map has unlearnt itself. Have phoned my local revo dealer/vag specialist and its booked in in a few weeks for checking.

In the meantime is there anyone in the Bournemouth area with VCDS who would mind doing some logs for me?

Was it revo direct you went to , or a garage that just sells the product ? Seems very odd to me . Revo head office is only a 30 min drive from me . They put stage 1 on there many moons ago , and service was faultless . Took me out in the car and they tweaked the setting to how it was driven .
Went back a few years later and they refused to put stage 2 on the car . Gutted as I was , I'll always thank them for not just plonking stage / on there . As said by them ' many would just stick a map on and take your money . We won't put a map on a unhealthy car as its pointless '.
It was another 3 years until I got to get stage 2 and that was a company in Milton Keynes. I did contact revo in daventry , but they stopped doing the maps there at head office . A health check was done , but I must admit the service was no where as good as the office in daventry.
The problem you have is ,did the garage give the car a health check ? Sounds like it was a plug in , play , and there you go thank you very much . Have the settings been set correctly ?
Contact the lads at revo on here . I'm sure they would be willing to help you out .
If not then yes there is amd , and badger 5 . All are good reputable people who I'm sure will help you solve the problem if you take the car to them . Both deal in revo I believe , so makes sense to get the map checked . Other garages may say you need another map ..... Why? Unless the maps faulty ( then I assume revo will be more then happy to help with proof of purchase ) why pay for another ?
I've had revo on at least 10 years now and the old girl has always been a joy to drive .
I do hope you get it sorted , and when you do , I'm sure you will be smiling too .
