Ripspeed DVD player (bad disc) error?

I have a ripspeed dvd player thats not working properlly. ive tried every kind of cd and dvd and still i get this error message sayin its a bad disc..

i was just wundering if anyone has had the same problem and resolved it?

Hate to say it, but we get loads of faults with the Ripspeed dvd players. I refuse to sell them now.

Take it back to the Halfords you bought it from, and they will either change it for a new one, or send it away for repair.

how much would you say, roughly to get it fixed

If its within the 12 months warranty, then will cost you nothing.

If its outside, then it may be worth looking for another unit, as it will more than likely cost you more to repair than its worth.

thats ripspeed for you i got the 7inch fold out screen had 2 both packed in just after the 12months my recent one has still kept going buy a recon one off the halfords site
