If so that puts in it "J" band making it £215 a year

The dealer normally fronts the bill of the first year's tax though don't they as part of the on the road price

when i bought mine, the dealer said the tax was £215 i think. so does that mean that my tax will stay at £215pa ?? or will it go up to £325pa in april ?? bit confused/scared now !!
It'll be £235 in april.
Car tax based on CO2 is the biggest con ever. More CO2 emisions = lower MPG = more tax paid from petrol. The jump above 225g/km is crazy aswell (Was the bad thing about owning an RX8 )
Also can some explain why the jump is so huge between 225 and 226 yet quite small between 226 and over 225. Makes me want to drive round in a hummer lol
